About Brian Vanderburgh of Las Vegas
Brian Vanderburgh is a development executive who has managed construction projects of casinos and hotels in New York and Nevada as well as golf resorts in Florida, among others. A member of the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Palm Beach chapter of the American Institute of Architects, Brian Vanderburgh is leading construction efforts on expansion and renovation projects for the area's largest country clubs for Hedrick Brothers Construction, where he serves as vice president of hospitality and preconstruction. His project portfolio in Las Vegas includes the 53-story Encore & Wynn Resorts, 36-story Treasure Island & Bellagio Resort and Casino, and the 3.4-million-square-foot Paris Hotel and Casino, for which the combined contracts amounted to over $6 billion.
Prior to joining Hedrick Brothers Construction, Mr. Vanderburgh owned New York's VDB Properties, for which he provided construction estimating and consulting services. Outside of his casino build experience in Las Vegas, he served as project director for Seneca Construction's $475 million casino in Niagara Falls, New York. Additionally, he has completed various projects throughout Chicago for Turner Construction Company. He has a bachelor's in construction management from Utica College of Syracuse University and holds membership with NAIOP. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as golfing, surfing, hiking, and rock climbing.
